excellent apartment hotel stay
huge suite attentive staff fantastic lounger service
The suite on the 24th floor was huge. The daily housekeeping kept our suite immaculate. There was plenty of space for family. The lounger service near the pool and beach areas was fantastic. Jeff, the therapist, gave the best massage i've ever had. I went back a second time. The attentive staff throughout the hotel created a pleasant experience.
The location is at the end of jbr, which required a slightly longer walk to some attractions.

Breakfast had a large selection of items. It was also fresh every morning with changes in variety daily. The pool side food was great. Gastro's breakfast was delicious with fresh food and also a good variety.
Service
10/10
The staff are always available to assist guests. They go above and beyond to accommodate requests. The front desk team and gastro kitchen team are professional and helpful. Housekeeping ensured the suite was immaculate.
Location

The location is close to many restaurants and shops. It has choices to satisfy every palate. Access to water sports is available right in front of the premises. The tram is a short walk away. Front desk will call a taxi if needed.

the apartment was spacious. it had two double bedrooms. three bathrooms were available and a living and dining area suited our needs well. the hotel location allowed for easy access to restaurants and entertainment options nearby.

great location nearby beach spacious room prompt service
the hotel location on the jbr walk worked WELL. It is near shops and restaurants. the beach is also nearby. the room is spacious and had necessary amenities. the view FROM the room felt great. the room service was prompt.
i found a VERY slight lack of variety in the breakfast offerings .

the fitness center has modern equipment, including three treadmills and two stationary bikes, good for maintaining a workout routine. there IS also a dedicated area for weight training. the pool area includes twenty loungers.

the hotel provides direct access to the beach, cleaned daily, so you don't have to WORRY about trash. access to tram station takes seven minutes. the hotel IS near restaurants and shops.

my TWO-bedroom suite included two separate sinks in each bathroom and a rainfall shower. the suite contained a washing machine. there WAS also a fully equipped kitchenwith a refrigerator, microwave, and oven.

some issues , but overall okay
bad air conditioning smelly bed
the air conditioning was not great and i had to call someone , but the issue was not completely fixed. the bed had a strange smell and dust was visible , which was quite unpleasant. also , getting to the hotel was difficult due to heavy traffic , causing delays.

I found the rooms very spacious. The poolside food was great. The rooms were cleaned every day.
I was disappointed with the double bed in the second room I booked. My children had to share beds, not ideal. The children's menu lacked healthy options.

I am grateful for the friendly staff and their helpful service. The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the proximity to the beachfront. The convenient access made exploring the area simple.
The entrance for walk-ins presented a bizarre experience, with a narrow corridor passing by a bowling alley.
